At Me My Muse By Lavitha, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- An unpacking video is a must as proof of damage or defect.
Return Request Timeline
Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging will not be accepted. Items purchased during special promotions, sale events, or marked as non-returnable may also not be eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Exchange
Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability and the nature of the issue reported.
Important Note
Minor variations in color, texture, weave, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, handwork, monitor settings, or the nature of the fabric. Such minor variations may not qualify as defects.

Cancellation Policy
At Me My Muse By Lavitha, we understand that plans can change.
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and contact details at memymusebylavitha@gmail.com.
If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Me My Muse By Lavitha reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion due to product unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
